First showcased at E3 2009, it is a sequel to the original Battlefield: Bad Company. Even with its single player campaign not well received(relatively), it piled up some highly positive reviews. It received almost identical scores on IGN and Gamespot and was praised for being one of the most immersive multiplayer action game out there. For all the multiplayer junkies out there, this is a must have game in their arsenal as well as for those who are into some military action.

No 3. Bioshock 2

Coming in at number 3 in our list of top games of 2010 is Bioshock 2. Released in February, it is yet another sequel in our list to the critically acclaimed Bioshock, released back in 2007. The game’s unique setting, a dystopian city called Rupture, make it a must play game of 2010. It holds a score of 88 on metacritic and has met with mostly positive reviews. “It’s genuinely powerful stuff – and fascinating territory to explore within the context of a dystopian setting.” concludes GAMESHARK.COM
