3. Blue Lake
Estimated to have a depth of 250 meters but still without any indication of where is the underwater stream feeding it, the blue lake in Russia sits at number three of our list. The name is due to the high level of hydrogen sulfide which gives the lake a particular glowing blue color! The floor of lake has still not been found and some hypotheses suggest that there is a bigger cavern below the floor as well.

2. Gomantong Caves
The Gomantong Caves, are a series of caves in Malaysia that could even give Batman some chills. Home to a million of bats and cockroaches feeding on the bats, these caves can be called hell on earth. The floor is covered with layers of bat waste. Occasionally one might also find rats, cave crabs and a few thousands Scutigera centipedes.
1. Madidi National Park
Covering the ground between Andes Mountains and Tuichi River, the Madidi National park is full of natural killers! One can assume that everything is poisonous. A photographer spent a month there in 1999 to shot wild pigs living in that area. He met with a dozen diseases just by grazing against stuff that grows and moves in that park. Here’s a video!
