With the advancements in technology, many unimaginable things are now within the reach of a common man. 3D printers are one of those machines, which can build solid objects. 10. Cube 3D
Cube 3D is priced $1299 and can build plastic objects up to 5.5 inches in size. Moreover, it is capable of producing 10 different shades, one at a time. The printing time depends upon size and shape. According to the manufacturers of Cube 3D, it takes about 2-3 hours to print an iPhone case. Moreover, one cartridge is enough to print nearly 15 cellphone cases or other objects of similar size.

9. MakerBot Replicator
Costing $1749, this printer can build objects in more than one color at a time without even using computer. Apart from built-in SD card slot, which can be used for loading models stored in G-code or STL formats, it has its own LCD and control pad. Supporting both ABS and PLA plastic, MakerBot Replicator is capable of printing 12.6 x 18.4 x 15 inches of objects.

8. Solidoodle 2
This 3D printer costs as low as $499-$599 and can print objects with cubical size up to 6 inches. It supports 0.3mm thickness of layer. Printing is easier in higher end models because of cylindrical device that holds plastic filament. With layer height of 0.1mm; high resolution pieces can also be printed.

7. RapMan 3.2
RapMan 3.2 is available in the market for $1,280. It is capable of building objects from one material at a time and prints objects up-to 270mm x 205mm x 210mm size. With steel frame and size nearly same as computer, it requires assembly as it comes as a kit. Furthermore, this machine has a touchscreen panel and is able to pick models from USB.

6. UP! Plus
This 3D printer is able to build 5.5 inches cubed objects. There is kit for starters to build/assemble the printer, which takes only fifteen minutes (according to manufacturer). Although it only prints in one (white) color, both PLA and ABS plastics can be used to build objects. It costs within the range of $1,600-$2,000.
