They have confirmed that UltraSn0w 0.9 has come to fix your issues that you face to unlock iPhone 3G and iPhone 3GS.

- T-Mobile does not use 3G frequencies in USA so turn it off. From Settings, go to General and then choose Network to turn off 3G.
