World renowned Zaha Hadid Architects to design a condominium adjacent to the New York’s popular High Line Park. The 11-story residential development will be Hadid’s first project in New York City, leaving a permanent mark on the High Line’s architecture.

The 11-story structure will accommodate 37 residences of up to 5,500 square feet, extroverted gracious layouts with 11-foot ceilings with thoughtful technological amalgamation. A majority of the residences will have a private foyer and entrance that adds to the intimacy of the building. The terraces and courtyard further enhance the experiential quality of the living space along with a generous roof terrace, indoor pool and spa, playrooms etc taking luxury to a next level.
