No 3. Counting and naming
Try to remember name of everyone you know; every relative, every friend and even anyone you just met once or twice. Other than this you can also try to count to some very high figure in some sort of pattern, like “in steps of three.”
No 2. Appreciate the little things
“Diving instructors get panicky novices to focus on tiny things.” You should try to shift your focus to the smaller things like a grain of sand, a door knob etc. These have a calming effect on your psyche. Else, bigger things will tend to drive you insane.
