This great app lets you play with a cow while it ‘moos’ for you. And that too in a whole lot of ways, not just one! As developer says “Hello Cow has provided over an hour of laugh filled entertainment to the target audience: my almost two year old.” Thank God they acknowledge that or I thought it was for the guys working at NASA. But it does cost $0.99.
