This myth or falsity comes from a discredited German paper, which was further mistranslated by a Harvard professor. The idea that tongue has specific areas for sweet, sour, salty and savory is simply false as each area of the tongue can identify each and every taste by itself.
No 1. You get fat by eating at night
Eating right before dozing off might just hamper your sleep but nothing else. Whatever calories you consume, day or night, do become a part of your system in an identical way regardless of the time. Calories don’t have a time clock to double up in the night, do they?
