The soldiers are able to relive the sights, sounds and even smells of warfare using 3D headsets. Researchers say it is producing dramatic benefits.“Virtual Iraq” is a virtual reality computer program used as an alternative to traditional talk therapy in treating post-traumatic stress disorder.
