The Discovery
The fossils were found in Argentina during the year 2013. An Argentinian man found strange fossils in his farm and, suspecting it was dinosaur fossils, called a museum for help. Researchers determined that the creature with an amazingly long neck, was the biggest among a group of big dinosaurs known as Titanosaurs. They named this titan Patagotitan Mayorum. This name is based on the location the fossils were found.
