Greenpois0n is recently released by chronic dev team. It is a solution which can be used to Jailbreak the iPod, iPad, iPhone or Apple TV. You can use the following steps:
Steps:
- Download Greenposi0n from http://www.greenpois0n.com
- Start the application.
- Shut down the iPod touch and connect it to the PC.
- Click Prepare to Jailbreak button.
- You will be guided by various prompts put forward by Greenpois0n.
- Click the Sleep/Wake button and hold it for two seconds.
- While holding it, click the Home button and hold it fifteen seconds.
- Now leave the Sleep/Wake button while continue to hold Home button.
- When iPod touch gets in the mode of DFU, click the Ready to Jailbreak.
- This will start the process of Jailbreaking. On the completion of process, hit the quit button. A scrolling text will appear on the Home screen of iPod touch.
- The iPod-Touch will restart now. After it restarts, a new loader application will appear on its Home screen.
- Launch it to install Cydia.
- Reboot the iPod Touch and install updates.
