Memory of Ancestors
In Assassin’s Creed, there is a machine called the animus which allows the players to live the experiences of their ancestors by accessing their memories though the subjects DNA. While this is still science fiction, the idea might not be as farfetched as some might think. Scientist have been exploring the idea of ancient memories since the 70’s. Furthermore, It is already believed that people can be affected by traumatic events of their progenitors. It seems a machine like the animus could actually exist in the future.
