In a video released by Semanario Zeta, a weekly publication in Tijuana there appears to be a clown hitman. This clown, wearing bright blue clothes and pink hair, apparently shot Francisco “La Pancha” Arellano Felix, a supposedly semi-retired leader of Mexico’s infamous Tijuana drug cartel.
