The exoskeleton structure at the exterior is pure beauty; it’s interlaced network of supports that vary in thickness. It evokes an organic marine form and also connects different levels and decks through highlighted diagonals.
World renowned Zaha Hadid Architects to design a condominium adjacent to the New York’s popular High Line Park. The 11-story residential development will be Hadid’s first project in New York City, leaving a permanent mark on the High Line’s architecture.

The 11-story structure will accommodate 37 residences of up to 5,500 square feet, extroverted gracious layouts with 11-foot ceilings with thoughtful technological amalgamation. A majority of the residences will have a private foyer and entrance that adds to the intimacy of the building. The terraces and courtyard further enhance the experiential quality of the living space along with a generous roof terrace, indoor pool and spa, playrooms etc taking luxury to a next level.
