No 10. Richard Overton vs. Budweiser



In 1991, Richard Overton drank Bud Light expecting the beautiful ladies from the ad to appear in real for him. When the bikini-clad women didn’t appear, he sued the company for $10,000, for false advertising. The case was dismissed.

No 9. Anna Ayala vs. Wendy’s



Apparently Ayala found a human finger in her burger at Wendy’s. This case dates back to 2005. She sued them but later when it was found that Ayala was the one who placed the finger there, she was sent to prison. Ayala was later released on probation with one of the conditions being that she never set foot in the fast-food chain again.

No 8. Jack Ass vs. Jackass



A gentleman by the name of Jack Ass sued Viacom for plagiarism and defamation to his good name. In 2003, Jack Ass wrote the complaint: “Viacom International, through the use of MTV jackass (Johnny Knoxville / P. J. Clapp), is liable for injury to my reputation that I have built and defamation of my character which I have worked hard to create.”

No 7. Judge Roy Pearson vs. Chung



In 2005, after a local dry cleaning business, Custom Cleaners, misplaced Roy Pearson’s pants, he sued them for mental suffering, inconvenience and $67 million. Pearson lost the case.

No 6. Surfer vs. Surfer



In California a surfer sued his rival surfer for taking his wave; he sued him for pain and suffering.

No 5. Allen Heckard vs. Michael Jordan



Allen Heckard had had enough of being constantly mistaken for Michael Jordan and finally sued Jordan for emotional pain, distress and $832 million. Heckard later dropped the case without any payment from Jordan, fearing huge costs if the case goes to trial.

No 4. Tomas Delgado vs. Trinidad Family



Tomas Delgado killed Enaitz Iriondo Trinidad in a traffic accident and surprisingly tried to sue Iriondo’s family for damage to his Audi. Delgado later withdrew his lawsuit.

No 3. Magdalena Kwiatkowska vs. Egyptian Hotel



Kwiatkowska’s daughter became pregnant after vacations in Egypt. The mother claimed her 13-year-old daughter got pregnant while swimming in their “mixed pool” from a stray sperm.

No 2. Mr. Batista vs. Mrs. Batista



After being presented with divorce papers, Richard Batista sued her wife to get the kidney back that he donated to her to save her life some years ago. If not the kidney, he demanded $1.5 million in compensation.

No 1. Rolf Eden vs. Katharina Weiss



Playboy Eden sued Weiss after she refused to sleep with him after a night out. He alleged her of being an ageist. Eden was 77 and Weiss was 19-years-old then.
