If you want to block your number at recipient end, you can do it by turning your caller ID off. It will block your number and receiver will not get your number at mobile screen. It will appear as blocked number at receiver caller ID. When you want to make anonymous calls or want to keep yourself safe, this tool helps you in this regard. But ideally, no one wants to show his number as blocked on other’s screens. There is another way to show your number as blocked, if you make phone call and adds *67 at start of dialed number, the receiver caller id will appear up as blocked number. To make it happen, here is the guide line.
- First of all, you will launch settings and tap on phone option.
- At next window, you will see ‘show my caller ID’ option, tap on it to continue the process.
- Slide will show you show my caller ID turned on by default; you will slide it to turn it off.
Now, your number will not show up at receiver caller ID but as blocked number.
