No 7. Scaleable Contact Form

This plugin allows you to create Ajax or non-Ajax forms in no time. It is highly customizable allowing you to add extra fields and choosing which ones to be essential and which ones to be not. It actually features five types of fields: Textfield, Textarea, Select, Radios and Checkboxes. It also uses Captcha as an anti-spamming measure.
