The United States Navy Sea, Air and Land Teams are known as Navy SEALs. Currently, all members of the Navy SEALs are males. Their training lasts for more than a year and they are the most competent warfare combatants of the US Army.
No 1. British SAS
The Special Air Service is a special forces regiment of the British Army which has been modeled on by almost all national commando units that exist today with every nation in the world. The SAS was exposed to the public after successfully assaulting the Iranian Embassy and rescuing hostages during the 1980 Iranian Embassy Siege.

Fuck u arse hole the sas did a much harder mission with the iranian embassy siege also they have done way more heroic missions unlike Navy Seals killing an old man in his fifties that has no protection
Its funny how Americans think their seals are the best spec ops in the world they got one of their copters destroyed in a house with 2 armed man and took almoast an hour
I think this list is pretty spot on. The SAS and the SEALs are esentially the same with the SAS pulling ahead due to a bit more indepth training. Just because it says they are ranked higher however doesn’t mean that they are worlds apart in training. In fact the only difference between the two are their nationalities which lets be honest isn’t that big of a difference.
Okay i am american but i am going to say that this list is just flat out wrong and yes the seals should be number 2 we were trained by the SAS but that does not mean the seals are not very good because that is an understatement but MARSOC should not be on here nor should the rangers they are an infantry unit. But on the other hand why is GROM not on here and why are spetsnaz 10 french commandos would get demolished by the spetsnaz the spetsnaz should be near the top i hope you guys agree with me
SEAls are a great combat team but I agree with jay, the spetnaz should be at least top 3 . SAS should be 2 with the SEALs 1.

Yes u wud have 2 b crazy as hell2 join d SEALs cos d training is unimaginable bt remember d SAS r role models to a lot of special forces including d US delta force. This top 10 is just ficticious. You are considering only Western special forces. Look up the ‘Maroon berets’ and you’ll see what it is.
