No 10. Spetsnaz
Spetsnaz is a general term for “special forces” in Russian. They are the equivalent of US Green Berets and instead of undergoing regular training like the other special forces around the world, the Spetsnaz endure pain through punishment daily throughout their training.
The Spetsnaz injure each other, breaking ribs, fingers and vertebrae to heal later on, only to get punished even further. They claim that pain can’t be avoided, so they are taught to enjoy it.
No 9. French Naval Commandos
The French Naval Commandos consists of approximately 500 members. They are called the bérets verts, meaning Green Berets. Having one the toughest training in the world, the Naval commandos were formed during World War II.
The Naval Commandos consist of 6 units: Hubert, Trepel, de Montfort, de Penfentenyo, Jaubert, and Kieffer. Each unit is trained for specific tasks such as sea combat, exfiltration, canine units, or long range fire support.

Fuck u arse hole the sas did a much harder mission with the iranian embassy siege also they have done way more heroic missions unlike Navy Seals killing an old man in his fifties that has no protection

I think this list is pretty spot on. The SAS and the SEALs are esentially the same with the SAS pulling ahead due to a bit more indepth training. Just because it says they are ranked higher however doesn’t mean that they are worlds apart in training. In fact the only difference between the two are their nationalities which lets be honest isn’t that big of a difference.
Okay i am american but i am going to say that this list is just flat out wrong and yes the seals should be number 2 we were trained by the SAS but that does not mean the seals are not very good because that is an understatement but MARSOC should not be on here nor should the rangers they are an infantry unit. But on the other hand why is GROM not on here and why are spetsnaz 10 french commandos would get demolished by the spetsnaz the spetsnaz should be near the top i hope you guys agree with me
SEAls are a great combat team but I agree with jay, the spetnaz should be at least top 3 . SAS should be 2 with the SEALs 1.

This top 10 is just ficticious. You are considering only Western special forces. Look up the ‘Maroon berets’ and you’ll see what it is.
