Is there any software in the world which the PC lacks? No, is the answer. Every major software is developed with PC as the priority.
No 1. Games
If you are a gamer, MAC is definitely not for you. There are hardly any good titles released for the MAC, while on the other hand PC arena is teeming with fabulous game titles. And, if the top titles do come to the MAC, they come in pretty late, after all the excitement has hit zero.

A couple problems. Reason #2….Well, the reason there isn’t much software for the mac is because nobody bothers to make it. What’s the point if 90% of computer owners are PC owners? Same with reason 3 (You posted this one twice). And umm…you can right click lol.
You can right click (have to be smart enough to go into the preferences is all!)
You can customize (get a mac pro desktop)
Macbook Air (more portable than any decently fast PC netbook and more power)
Virtualization or Boot Camp – run Windows games on Mac
Cider – Allows developers to wrap all Windows games to be playable instantly on Mac. EA uses this for ALL new releases currently.
You CAN build your own Mac if you do a couple minutes of searching the web. I have a quite fast and well made custom PC with Snow Leopard installed.
There’s more software for PC because people make it. Apple’s popularity is increasing Mac apps, and many apps are going online or in portable formats anyways!
For power users who want to customize, tweak, and upgrade, yes… get a PC. But for anyone who wants a computer that just WORKS and works well and for a long time, get a Mac
