Top 10 Mobiles 2010

Number 08: Motorola Cliq

motorola cliq Top 10 Mobiles 2010

The Cliq was announced a few weeks before CTIA, and we saw a lot of this intriguing handset at the show. While I used the Cliq only briefly, I already knew that I liked its design best out of all the Android phones. Like the Samsung Moment, it has a keyboard and a touchscreen. A physical keyboard is necessary, as the native touch keyboard on the current version of Android is far from perfect (as we found out in our review of the T-Mobile myTouch and the HTC Hero). I got some more hands-on time with the Cliq at CTIA and loved the keyboard’s ergonomics and bubble-like keys.

The Motorola Cliq will also be the first phone to showcase MOTOBLUR, Motorola’s skin for Android. In my quick hands-on tests, I found the MOTOBLUR interface to be clean, intuitive, and responsive. MOTOBLUR has a lot of cool features, such as a Happenings widget that gives you instant access to your social networks from the home screen. It also aggregates all your contacts and their information from various sources and displays them in one seamless client.

iphone as 1 and 2? lol apple fanboy
the iphone failed hard with its antenna which needs an accessory to use it for it main purpose, a phone.

the iphone, blackberry and omnia are useless. the only non android phone that deserves to be on the list is the palm pre. the nokia n900 should be added too.

Same CPU has the iPhone 3GS and it has 32GB internal memory, Flash, USB transfer, Multitasking…

  8. Kerry says:

@AmilCar…..lol. You are insane. I had both N900 and iPhone 3GS. There is no comparison what so ever. Having processor is one thing but how about apps, display and smooth navigation.

On a side note, I think that the list is pretty good.

Are you insane. Whole world knows that Galaxy S series beat the shit out of every mobile in 2010 and that is not even in the list. Even iPhone 4 is lagging behind the sale of galaxy and all operators throughout the world are preferring Samsung over apple because of shitty non customizable iOS.

The top 10 is a crap. Of course apple should be on top because its a us-based products and they are in favor of their apple product be the no.1. Just like apple and microsoft. They are murdering the windows in fact its the os that is totally used all around the globe even in the very poor countries and places. Therefore the same with that apple does not deserve on top. Galaxy-s wipe them all out. and next year maybe the sony erricson and windows phone will burried that apple phone down.
