MTT Turbine Superbike, also known as Y2K Turbine Superbike, is the world’s second wheel driven motorcycle powered by a turbine engine, created by Ted McIntyre of Marine Turbine Technologies Inc and it appears just below Suzuki GSX-R750. Powered by a Rolls Royce Allison 250 series turboshaft engine, producing 238kW (320hp), this motorcycle has a recorded top speed of 227 mph (365 km/h), with a price tag of US$150,000. It is recognized by Guinness World Records as the “Most powerful production motorcycle” and the “Most expensive production motorcycle”. Unlike other contemporary motorcycles (such as the Hayabusa), 2001 and later models of MTT Turbine SUPERBIKE do not have the 300 km/h speed limit self-imposed by Japanese manufacturers. MTT has achieved the 1st rank among the top 10 fastest bikes.

How about Kawasaki ZZR 1400 ?
lol mostly wrong..it would be Y2K Superbike..
Where is Suzuki Hayabusa K10 ?
what a nice article. the person who wrote this obviously knows much about bikes.
wow…just…wow…fast bikes magazine did this test, and the hyabusa only does 180 something, and the mv is faster but still 180 something.
For the purpose of official records the Tomahawk is’nt recognised as a production motorcycle as not enough were produced. Also it fails to meet the correct specifications because it has four wheels which operate independantly of each other and as such is categorised as a car.
That the Kawasaki Ninja ZX-14 was not listed. The Kawasaki ZZR 1400 is the European (or British) version of the ZX-14, isn’t it?
man u missed some bikes pall
For you guys mentioning Kawasaki’s, you’re thinking of ZX-12.
100cc less than Hayabusa, yet faster/more powerful.
hello
All those motos are not limited to 300km/h. (299km/h is the max sppeed displayed, doesn’t mean that the bike doesn’t accelerate more)
What about the Beamer 1000RR ???
I gues this list needs some updating
What about the awsome ducati d16rr look it up 200mph+
All jap bikes have been electronically speed limited to 299km!!! Freaking Hell
Most of the Japanese Bikes are electronically limited to 299km/h. I do not think that it’s just the number which stops but rather the acceleration (unless you make some mods).
If you read the complete article, you will find that Y2K Superbike is first on the LIST!!!!
for ‘true bikers’…please…let’s start with the picture of the ZX14,to the best of my god given knowledge, that shows a ’04-’05 ZX10…help me out here, am I missing something?
@One…..its ZX14
Also, the picture of a Gsxr750 is actually a 1000. They were the only ones to come with that style of exhaust. The 750 had a stubby pipe coming off of an underhung muffler/cat.
For one: This Guy who made the Article ‘based’ off his so-called buddies of the motorcycle world dont know shit from shoe polish. 2: the 750 goes 190+? WTF? and 3: the r1 has only 120hp? WTF. 4: the zx14 needs to be BY the Busa either after or before cause they are damn close and need to be closer to the fastest.5: Wheres the BMW S1000rr? 6: And the Y2K is considered the Fastest PRODUCTION bike but.. Since the title doesnt say- it belongs to a turboed Busa that goes 272.4 mph in 1 mile.. beat that shit. dumbasses.
LOOK UP PROJECT PISSTAKE FROM STREETFIGHTERS 600+BHP BUSA RUNNING TURBO & NOSS 280+MPH !!!!!
well this is mostly wrong; you can’t include those super lousy made in europe but parts supplied by Obama nigger country africa versus the japanese bikes; hell you will eat dust when these japs will fly right behind your nose. In my experience no euro bike could beat the lousiest jap bike. PERIOD
The Augusta F4-1000 is the fastest.
READ THE FULL ARTICLE YOU DUMBASSES
Wow! The GSXR1000 features “dual front discs and rear disc!” Astonishing, that must be one hell of a ultrafast hyperbike, with dual front discs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I’m just a little surprised that Honda doesn’t feature. The CBR generally does pretty well. That said I’m not complaining as I’m a Suzuki girl myself.
where the hell is the bmw s1000rr and the mv at?
sorry to say guys but hayabusa isn’t that faster
i can only go at that speed with additional features like speed boosts
ducatti should be number one
I love it How the Aprilia RSV4 is under the 848 like seriously . and is slower than a gsxr 750 ? c’mon dreaming or what
what about dodge tomahawk or ducati 1098
what abt MV AUGASTA….????
where does it stand in the row of fastest bike…?????
The bikes on this list are all production bikes straight off the line no mods, period. A busa may make you think that it will make you piss yourself, but in reality once you hit 7000 RPMs your had, its performance only goes down from there, without some serious mods. And a beamer come on with only about a hundred an five horses and a speed of one forty five, pretty damn slow if you ask me. I can add 40 or more horses to any system with a carburetor, without any additional parts.

more and still more
uummmm… mv Augusta f41000/312. the 312 is the top speed therefore placing it number 2.
ini baru dasyat
Ok.. Not just about top speed… That is just straight line stuff and anyone can do that.. The fastest road legal bike being sold by a dealer to the public is a limited edition Suzuki GSXR600! Yes 600cc. It has lapped the most demanding test track faster than any one of these bikes and even over 2 years later has still not been beaten officially. Built by P3 Unlimited in the UK it has beaten all of the bikes before it by being more agile and having a power to weight ratio comparable to even the fastest listed here. Top speed is for bar stool racers real bikes go round corners too…
Oh! Rolls Royce keeps the number one position. Japanese bikes are follows it.
I have to agree with Morepower here. Fastest bike titles have to be given to bikes that go around corners. Its not like we live proper square shaped roads.
